Precise and Safe December 21, 2008 An excellent product, machined and tooled correctly for stubborn nose hairs. Will not cut your skin, no matter how hard you try. Somewhat expensive but well worth the cost. I own many Tweezerman Products and they are the Porsche of grooming instruments. Highly recommended.
IT WORKS December 19, 2008 When I saw this product described, I was a little skeptical. I couldn't imagine how a flat edge going through a round hole could work very well on nose hairs. I gave it a chance, however, because I very much liked another different pair of tweezers from this company. When it arrived, I was delighted how well it actually works. It cuts with a slight "snap" suggesting a very tight fit of the 2 halves of the tweezers. Just be careful not to pull when clipping. I always like to get products that do just what they are supposed to do. I can toss my electric nose clippers. This product is more compact (good for travel) and works better.
Works better than other options December 19, 2008 I have used blunt-end scissors, an electric rotary trimmer and a hand rotary trimmer with so-so results. I just got the Tweezerman, and it is clearly the best trimmer of them all. They even offer free sharpening; quite amazing for a $9 product.
Great Product December 12, 2008 Takes a little getting used to, but does what it is supposed to do in an excellent fasion.
It's all right. September 30, 2008 It's all right. My expectations may have been a bit too high. I don't think it's sharp enough, and you have to be good enough to aim it right to get the nose hairs into the wee hole, operating backwards from a mirror image. It's just rather awkward to get the results I was hoping for. I may get another style that only requires the user to stick the thing up the nostril of choice and press a spring loaded lever to cut the offending hairs.
