Eyelash Comb November 25, 2007 I ordered 2 of these. Am happy with mine. Plan on giving the other to my daughter. Hope she likes it as well.
Layers of Mascara without Clumps or Stuck Together Lashes November 4, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great product if you like applying multiple layers of mascara but don't want the "star-point" eye lash look. It is best to use before the mascara dries to avoid pulling lashes out or injuring your lids. Lashes actually look thicker because they fan out so much nicer after gently combing them out. The folding handle is shaped better than typical comb tools making it easier to hold and you can actually pivot the comb into any angle that makes it easier for you to safely comb your lashes and still see what you are doing. Make sure you have good light when using this comb and be especially carefull of the sharp teeth (Thank goodness it folds away safely!). You will never have a reason to use a dangerous pin or inferrior plastic eyelash comb again.
I love this product!! It's the second one I've owned. October 17, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I had my first one for years but a few of the needles came out and I couldn't get them back in. Thankfully I found another one, I couldn't live without it!!
Great concept, but... October 9, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
it's a little flimsy. It doesn't want to stay open on its own and the metal teeth (which are very, very sharp) pull out of the base when you attempt to wipe them clean. It's pretty apparent that it will break before it's very old. There are better models out there. I tried this one because of the way the sharp teeth are covered when it's closed. It hurts like the dickens when you accidently stick yourself in the finger while picking it up, much less poking your eyelids.
It Can't Be Beat! November 5, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My Mother was horrified when she saw me seperating my lashes with a safety pin, yet that was my beauty "secret". I see I wasn't the only one to resort to this measure. Now Mom & I both use this comb, and we have passed on this new "secret" to countless others.
This comb is wonderful for everyone using mascara. If you want a natural look you can comb out your lashes to thin the mascara. If you like thicker lashes, comb through once, reapply mascara and use the tip of the comb again to seperate clumps.
As has been said, be careful for the comb is made of sharp pins. With a little practice you'll be comfortable with it!
